Project and proposal design
Working with your teams, LIMANS structures intervention logic, theory of change, results frameworks, narrative budgets and MEAL annexes into a coherent, realistic submission aligned with donor requirements.
Our services
LIMANS can support one focused task or several stages of the project cycle. Participation is tailored to the mandate, while methodological accountability, independence and validation points remain explicit.
Working with your teams, LIMANS structures intervention logic, theory of change, results frameworks, narrative budgets and MEAL annexes into a coherent, realistic submission aligned with donor requirements.
The system is co-designed with its intended users: indicators, tools, responsibilities, data flows, calendars, analysis and learning reviews proportionate to available resources.
With programme and data owners, LIMANS clarifies definitions, controls, accountability and traceability rules, then leads the necessary DQAs and improvement plans.
Following precise scoping with the client, LIMANS organises independent external verification of activities, results, risks and perceptions, including in hard-to-reach areas.
Questions are clarified with the client and stakeholders; LIMANS then leads the methodology, sampling, supervised data collection and analysis with the required independence.
Management needs are defined with decision-makers and intended users, then translated into readable indicators, dashboards and action-tracking arrangements.
The mechanism is co-designed with teams and, where the mandate allows, affected people: safe channels, confidential handling, analysis and effective closure of the feedback loop.
The pathway starts from existing skills and practices and combines applied training, coaching, work on the client’s own tools and progressive transfer of responsibility.
Our approach
Participation improves relevance and ownership. It does not replace LIMANS’ technical accountability or the independence required for certain assignments.
Clarify the need, expected decisions, users, constraints and success criteria.
Involve the relevant actors in choices about priorities, uses and tools for the mandate.
Translate agreed choices into rigorous methods and deliverables under senior direction.
Test, adjust, document and strengthen the capacities required for sustained use.
Sectors
Access constraints, protection, targeting, PDM, AAP and adaptive management.
Agricultural cycles, food systems, nutrition, value chains and climate.
Performance, coordination, accountability and use of results.
Institutional, community and biophysical data tailored to decisions.
